A: Ages Himalaya strongly recommends that you book as far in advance as possible to ensure that your requirement is met, in hotels, cruises, air line… etc.

Q: What happens if my reservation made within 30 days cannot be confirmed?
A: If your reservation request is made within 30 days and cannot be confirmed, or an alternative is not acceptable or not found a full refund of your payment and late booking fee charged will be granted.

Q: Are all prices based on double occupancy?

A: All our prices are based on double occupancy, however single and triple rooms are available at additional charges are indicated in the tour pricing.

Q: What are acceptable forms of payment?

A: Ages Himalaya accepts all major Credit Cards. The Credit Card used must belong to one of the passengers travelling.

Q: Can I purchase an optional sightseeing tour in advance?

A: Yes, you can purchase optional sightseeing tour in advance or locally.

Q: What extras will I have to pay for?
A: All extras not included in tour package, such as phone calls, tips, laundry, beverages, meals not mentioned in itinerary, taxi, visa … etc.

Q: Will our tour guide speak English?

A: Yes, tours and representative at the Airport will be English Speaking.

Q: How can my family contact me overseas if there is an emergency?
A: You can contact our local office numbers will be included in your itinerary and our local office will be in touch with you.

Q: Do I need a credit card to travel?
A: Major credit cards are acceptable at hotels, Restaurants, shopping malls; shops were you will find the Credit Cards sign. Please note that using Credit Cards for payment a handling fee will be added, the hotel/ Restaurant/ shop will advise you at the time of purchasing goods/or paying for service, according to the Credit card used. Personal cheques are not acceptable.
